Unopened product can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges.
If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back in its original sealed packaging.
You can expect a refund a few days after receiving your returned product.
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim.
Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
Software and Games
If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Contact me with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Contact me for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.
1. You can return your RC product only if it falls under the Warranty and Shipping Policies.
a. If your product(s) show up at your doorstep "Dead On Arrival" your purchase may be replaced.
b. No refund will be offered if there is any sign of crush or play damage.
c. Warranty is voided if you have damaged the item
d. If your item has been damaged during shipping the warranty is void and the shipping company is responsible for replacement. (You must notify us immediately within 7 days)
2. Contact me within 30 days to get approval for the return. Failure to contact me may result in the loss of the replacement of your product and may void the warranty.
3. Items may only be returned if they are new and unused condition. All of the original packing must be intact.
Any sign of play damage to the product, broken parts, scratches, sun damage, water damage, applying stickers or decals, or any other signs of wear and tear on the item will void the warranty and shall not be returned.
4. All materials that were included with the original product (i.e. manuals, batteries, packaging, etc.) must be included to be eligible for replacement.
5. You are responsible for all shipping of the items for replacement.
6. Please send me a return tracking number.
7. If you return merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense. (Can not be used or opened)
8. If a customer sends merchandise to the Returns Department for a return or exchange, it can be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Return RC toys?
1. Make sure the product is in new and an unopened condition.
2. Cover or remove any address stickers that are currently on the shipping box.
3. Send the product back via a carrier of your choosing. You are responsible for the shipping and the product's safe delivery.
4. Place a note in the box stating the problem.
5. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery.
a. Return must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
What happens next?
1. Once we receive your return, Return department will process and inspect your return within 14 days of receiving your return.
2. If the return passes inspection, we will send you your new product. (You are responsible for following up on returns)
3. If the return fails the inspection you may...
- Abandon the product at the warehouse
- Pay to have the original item sent back to you
4. Items returned to us will be held for 30 days, before it is considered abandoned.
If your product was damaged during shipping, you are to immediately contact the shipping company and "Refuse Due to Shipping Damage" within 24 hours.
Also, you will need to contact us. We then can file a claim with the shipping company.
Failure to do so will result in loss of the replacement by the shipping company.
If for some reason you're not happy with it, just let me know within 20 days of receiving your order and I'll make arrangements to have your order picked up and returned at no cost to you and send your refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will NOT be issued for any reason other than for the return of a defective item for replacement.
Returns for stock adjustment purposes will not be accepted.
Some products are covered by a Manufacturer's warranty. If your title is defective, contact us within 30 days of your invoice date to obtain an RMA.
If granted an RMA, the following rules apply:
•Returns must include all original packaging.
•All returned products must be shipped in the same or a comparable shipping container to guarantee the return is received in good condition. If the product is smashed or damaged due to the type of shipping method selected, we will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the Customer for the return.
•The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the packaging.
•Defective products will be replaced with the same product type after the returned product is received by our warehouse.
Defective products will be tested and if your item is determined not to be defective, we have the right to deny the return. We will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the Customer for the return. The Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them.
If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, we will NOT process the return. The Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them.
If an item is returned as “Undeliverable” you will be contacted. If you would like to have the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges and any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier. If you do not wish to have the package re-sent, we will issue a refund for the total price of the product(s) you ordered minus a restocking fee and any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier.
Restocking Fees: We have the sole discretion of assessing a restocking fee on returns. Restocking fees are assessed at a rate of 25% of the product cost or $3.00, whichever is greater.
