I don’t know where the cup was made, but is was decorated in the USA.
On one side it has an image of some flowers and reads, Mom.
Some of the color on the flowers looks a little faded.
The cup is in good shape, but bottom does show some shelf wear and has a couple nicks.

On top left side of handle, there is a black dot.
I couldn’t find any information on when this design was made.
